Lamentations 2:15
BIB: עֹ֣בְרֵי דֶ֔רֶךְ שָֽׁרְקוּ֙ וַיָּנִ֣עוּ רֹאשָׁ֔ם
NAS: their hands [in derision] at you; They hiss and shake
