Daniel 4:17
BIB: וּלְמַן־ דִּ֤י יִצְבֵּא֙ יִתְּנִנַּ֔הּ וּשְׁפַ֥ל
NAS: it on whom He wishes And sets
KJV: it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up
INT: to whomsoever forasmuch wishes and bestows the lowliest
