Proverbs 18:1
BIB: בְּכָל־ תּ֝וּשִׁיָּ֗ה יִתְגַּלָּֽע׃
NAS: [his own] desire, He quarrels against all
KJV: himself, seeketh [and] intermeddleth with all wisdom.

Proverbs 20:3
BIB: וְכָל־ אֱ֝וִ֗יל יִתְגַּלָּֽע׃
NAS: But any fool will quarrel.
KJV: but every fool will be meddling.
