Proverbs 14:5

NAS: But a false witness utters lies.
KJV: but a false witness will utter lies.

BIB: עֵ֣ד אֱמֶ֑ת וְיָפִ֖חַ כְּזָבִ֣ים מִרְמָֽה׃
NAS: lives, But he who utters lies
KJV: but a deceitful [witness] speaketh lies.
