BIB: שְׁפָלִ֣ים לְמָר֑וֹם וְ֝קֹדְרִ֗ים שָׂ֣גְבוּ יֶֽשַׁע׃
NAS: those who are lowly, And those who mourn are lifted
KJV: those that be low; that those which mourn may be exalted
INT: are lowly high mourn are lifted to safety
