Isaiah 40:14
BIB: מִ֤י נוֹעָץ֙ וַיְבִינֵ֔הוּ וַֽיְלַמְּדֵ֖הוּ בְּאֹ֣רַח
NAS: did He consult and [who] gave Him understanding? And [who] taught
