Proverbs 5:22
BIB: אֶת־ הָרָשָׁ֑ע וּבְחַבְלֵ֥י חַ֝טָּאת֗וֹ יִתָּמֵֽךְ׃

KJV: the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords
