BIB: אֶל־ ר֭וּחַ תַּרְכִּיבֵ֑נִי וּ֝תְמֹגְגֵ֗נִי [תְּשֻׁוֶּה
NAS: me up to the wind [and] cause me to ride; And You dissolve
