Isaiah 29:4
BIB: וּמֵֽעָפָ֖ר תִּשַּׁ֣ח אִמְרָתֵ֑ךְ וְֽ֠הָיָה כְּא֤וֹב
NAS: [where] you are prostrate Your words [will come]. Your voice
KJV: out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low
INT: the dust are prostrate your words become of a spirit
